Job Description :
Min 3-5 years experience is required from the same industries.
Collect payments on past due bills.
Create a list of customer who have not made payments.
Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
Communicate with customers using telephone and email.
Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
Attempt to collect payment.
Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
Set up repayment plans and new term of sale.
Send statements of delinquenices to credit bureau.
Print reports for management.
Rental Sales Agent
Salary - 2500-3000 QR
Job Description :
Min 3-5 years experience is required from the same industries.
Completes rental transcations and agreements for customers following established guidelines
and procedures.
Obtains required authorizations, signatures, confirmation numbers and perform preferred,
VIP or other special services as assigned.
Completes qualification procedures prior to renting vehicles.
Sells programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and
meet sales goals set by management.
Prepare rental agreement folder with necessary details. Review and submit reports to supervisor.
Complete rental or parking information for customers, disclose rates and terms of rentals &
get signatures through effective sales techniques to utilize services option.
